Fixed Term Contract through to mid 2019
The opportunity is for an experienced HR Advisor with a solid generalist background for a challenging fixed term contract based in the city.
This role isn’t for the faint hearted as you will be providing advice across multiple sites on all things people related. Working within a down to earth team, you will enjoy the fast paced, varied and hands on nature of the role.
This role requires you to have a sound working knowledge across the whole HR spectrum including:
- Employee relations, HR best practice and legislation
- Coaching and Performance Management
- Recruitment
To be successful you’ll be a strong relationship builder and influencer. You’ll be a consummate people person who is energetic, approachable and proactive. You’ll have dealt with all the daily HR issues that comes up in a diverse organisation that operates 7 days a week.
